What Happens After You Submit a Notice?

Step 4 — Notification

Step 5 — Follow-Up
We will send you a confirmation once the content has been removed so you know the matter has been resolved.

Counter-Notification Policy
If you believe we removed your content by mistake because it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notification if you are the content uploader or an authorized contributor.
Required Information for a Counter-Notification:
1. Your Full Name and Contact Information Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
2.Identify the Removed Content
Clearly identify the content we removed and specify the exact location where it appeared before we removed it.
3. A Statement of Good Faith Belief Includes the following statement: “I have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.”
4. Consent to Jurisdiction Include the following statement: “I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, I consent to jurisdiction in Pakistan, and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.”
5. Your Physical or Electronic Signature The counter-notification must be signed by you or your authorized representative.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will review it and, if appropriate, restore the content within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original claimant provides evidence that they have initiated legal action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
ApkUrbanPK.com has a strict zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringers.
We permanently terminate the access of any user, contributor, or uploader who repeatedly infringes the intellectual property rights of others. Reserve the right to take this action at our sole discretion and without prior notice when we determine that a clear pattern of infringement exists.
